The first 90 minutes π
Most traders never notice what happens here
Hey Guys & Gals, Jeff Williams here,
Every trading day, millions of people stare at the market from the opening bell until the closing bell.
They're watching CNBC. Refreshing headlines. Scanning social mediaβ¦
Trying to figure out what happens next.
Meanwhile, I've become convinced that most of the opportunity is concentrated in a much smaller window.
In fact, over the years, I've built my core trading routine around it.
The first 90 minutes.
That's it.
Not the first 90 minutes of the week.
Not the first 90 minutes after a Fed meeting.
The first 90 minutes of the trading day.
And lately, that window has been especially powerful.
Over the last several weeks, while the Iran conflict has whipped markets around and left many traders completely confused, I've been using a simple one-ticker options strategy that's produced dozens of winners with only a single losing trade.
Just last Thursday, I closed one of my positions just 41 minutes after opening it, for a 50% win.
*Note: trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically.
It happened during the exact window I'm talking about.
The question is:
Why?
Why do so many meaningful moves happen during those first 90 minutes?
And more importantly...
How can traders potentially position themselves to take advantage of them?
This Thursday at 10:00 AM ET, I'm hosting a special online event called THE FIRST 90 MINUTES.
I'll reveal:
π₯ Why I focus almost exclusively on a single ticker
π₯ The unusual pattern I've observed during the market's opening minutes
π₯ Why some of my biggest opportunities happen before most traders finish their coffee
π₯ And how I use this framework to identify potential options trades day after day
If you'd like to join me, click below and add the event to your calendar now:
I'll see you Thursday.
