Good morning,
There’s a very strong chance we’ve seen the bottom in small caps. My optimism stems from the fact Powell appeared to hint rate hikes are over.

Leading my list is DDD, ANGI, FUBO, VERI, NRDY, BBAI, IQ, PTON, and BTBT. These would be 1-2 week holds looking for 10%+. If an intended swing goes up 10%+ the day I enter, I will close the trade.
The prolonged downtrend in the IWM is clearly breaking to the upside.
FUBO earnings did well so while I don’t want to chase, the heavy short interest around 20% could drive this one higher to $4’s.
PTON is in the same boat as FUBO with an earnings beat, lots of short interest and big range to $7. Their recent partnership with LULU is a good catalyst too.
IQ above $5 with range to $6 is another swing I like. Their earnings aren’t until the 26th and given how tech stocks have been performing well, I like this higher into that.
BTBT is a bitcoin miner I think could run to $2.70’s soon. BTC has been steadily climbing and as market conditions get better and better, $40,000 isn’t out of the question.
The rest of the names have earnings on the 7th and 8th next week so we’ll be watching those closely for swing trades afterwards too.
