Unbelievable numbers just announced…

GM! Jeff Bishop here. We are at a pivotal time for the market right now.
We just witnessed the fastest volatility decline ever while the markets miraculously staged an epic rebound.
Now, we are at major resistance levels for the indexes.
This would be the perfect time for the market to “shake the trees” a little and pullback for a little while. That would really test the strength of this rally.
I continue to think the best opportunities are in the small-cap space right now.
As you have seen, some of the ideas I have shown you lately have made moves of 15%, 18%, or even 50%+ in a matter of hours after I discussed them with you.
In fact, the stock I want to revisit today moved 25% last week shortly after I showed it to you..
The company just announced incredible earnings last night, and I think we could be setting up for another excellent opportunity today.
Go to your platform and pull up GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (GAME), and let’s dig in.
If you’ve followed me for a long time, you probably know that GAME is one of my favorite small-cap stocks.
Sure, they are a client of ours, as you know, but after researching this company for the last year, I am totally sold on them.
Once you really understand the story, I think it’s impossible not to love them.
Most small-cap stocks are struggling to find a way to make any sales. That is why they are tiny stocks, after all.
GAME is doing something that nearly every other company finds impossible – growing sales.
And these are not small numbers.
GAME has been forecasting sales of $100M this year.
And from the way I read the earnings report they just announced, it looks like they are on pace to do more than that!
At the same time, they are also forecasting profitability in Q4 this year.
These kinds of numbers are almost unheard of when it comes to small stocks.
GAME has done a great job of cutting expenses and focusing on growth.
The recent move to acquire FaZe Clan looks like a huge success right out of the gate.
While some investors were worried about losing a few of the original team members, the recent report on views would say otherwise as viewership just TRIPLED…
Growth is on the rise, and the company has never been in a better position to dominate their space.
This is going to be a big day.
Make sure you are watching GAME right away this morning.
Spend time researching it. I think you’ll love it as much as I do.
Here are some highlights to get you started…
GameSquare Holdings, Inc. is a company on a mission to connect brands and game publishers with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and Millennial audiences.
As you may know, these audiences are notoriously difficult for advertisers to reach. That’s because they don’t watch cable television, they use ad blockers, and thanks to music streaming, they never hear the radio ads that were the bane of my youth.
They are plugged into social media and gaming.
And just like I like to tune in to watch the Dallas Cowboys play, hundreds of millions of young people tune in every month to watch the best of the best play their favorite video games.
The fact is, streamers are the new A-list celebrities. They’re the face of pop culture.
GAME is a dynamic company that’s capitalizing on every level of this space. Thanks to several recent key acquisitions, it may well be the top player.
The company has attracted investments from some huge names, including one of my personal heroes — none other than Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones, who is the company’s largest investor.
It also received an $11 million investment in May from DraftKings co-founder and president Matt Kalish, who is also becoming a board member of a new GAME venture. Do you think he knows a thing or two about business?
But perhaps the biggest asset for the company is Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, who is perhaps the most prominent gaming streamer in the world (he has 23.8 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and the most popular channel on Twitch, which is the top streaming platform).
From left to right: GameSquare CEO Justin Kenna, Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Cowboys VP Stephen Jones
Ninja joined the company in February last year as its Chief Innovation Officer. Who better to help GAME understand how to target its audience?
You can watch an interview Ninja did with GAME CEO Justin Kenna on Fox Business here.
As far as GAME itself, the company has three main buckets of revenue: software as a service, a full service creative agency, and owned and operated intellectual property.
The software it offers produces robust data analytics related to live streams and influencer marketing so brands running marketing campaigns can easily determine their ROI.
GAME also licenses its data out to game developers.
As company president Lou Schwartz said in this interview, “We’re really sort of the category leader here. We cover about 20 global platforms, abstract data, and license it to probably 9 of the top 10 game publishers in the world.”
The data also conveniently let GAME know which brands and publishers to target with the creative agency side of business, which creates full-scale campaigns for prominent brands such as Coca Cola, Six Flags, and McDonald’s, and generated $32M in revenue in 2023.
But the biggest part of GAME from a revenue standpoint is its owned and operated intellectual property, which as of March this year includes the most recognized brand in gaming and youth culture, Faze Clan.
FaZe is a group of extremely popular and accomplished gamers who turned their passion into a business, producing some $75 million in licensed products in the last two years alone, including:
A collaboration with Nike for theFaZe LeBron NXXT Gen, which was the top selling basketball shoe in the world in March 2023 with 70,000+ units sold
A partnership with toy company Zuru to produce a toy gun that has sold more than 1 million units since 2021.
A team up with SteelSeries, the leading gaming accessories business, to produce a line of accessories at Best Buy that have nearly sold out since their debut a few months ago.
A branded energy drink from GHOST Energy that was the best-selling new energy product in 7-Eleven in 2023. It seems to be doing great on Amazon as well.
The company now has an aggregate following of more than 750M people and is reaching more than 116M monthly active unique viewers.
It is targeting $100 million in revenue this year, and the FaZe Clan acquisition seems to have put them on that path.
I know I’ve gone on a while, but I truly am only scratching the surface on this incredible company. I highly recommend checking out their investors’ website here and also this helpful presentation.

*Issuer-paid advertisement: Just so you know, what you're reading is curated content for which we have received a monetary fee (detailed below) to create and distribute. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call “typical.”
Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we’ve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we have
been paid fifteen thousand dollars (cash) by bank transfer by GameSquare for advertising for a one day marketing program on August 15 , 2024. In the past RagingBull received fifteen thousand dollars (cash) by bank transfer by GameSquare for advertising for a period beginning on August 2, through August 7, 2024 and also fifteen thousand dollars by ach bank transfer by GameSquare for advertising from a period beginning on July 12, 2023 through July 14 of the same year. Before that, we were paid twenty thousand dollars by ach bank transfer also by GameSquare for advertising from a period beginning on July 5, 2023 through July 7 of the same year. To date, we have been paid a total of sixty five thousand dollars from GameSquare. Be aware that we may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither RagingBull nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as our program ends, though that is not always the case.
Now, diving right into GameSquare might sound exciting. But remember, it’s like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you’re doing. That’s why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r.
Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We’re simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We’re obviously biased in our writing. We’re not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as “forward-L00king statements” under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they’re not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can’t know where the Company’s earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now.
Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it. Neither Raging Bull nor its owners, employees, or independent contractors are registered as a secur1ties br0ker-dealer, br0ker, 1nvestment advis0r (IA), or IA rep’s with the SEC, any state securities regulat0ry authority, or any self-regulat0ry organization.
So, that's the scoop! If you're intrigued and want to learn more about the companies we talk about, hit up the SEC's website to dig into their filings and see the full picture.
