Good morning guys and gals — Jason here.

U.S. stock futures are lower this morning. I expected some follow through after Thursday’s flush — and think this is a dip buying opportunity headed into next week.

The market is now fearfully priced with multiple short- and medium-term market-timing models are now generating buy and strong buy signals.

There’s economic data before the open, U.S. employment report, and then Powell speaks before lunch. But it would seem to me negotiations on tariffs are what is most likely to move the market higher.

Overnight I took TSLA and META bull puts. Both are lower so if we do not bounce Friday I’ll look to exit those and reposition them lower. I do expect to be in these trades through the weekend. This is because while the bottom doesn’t ‘feel’ like it’s in, based on my experience, that’s exactly when it’s likely in — when it doesn’t ‘feel’ like it.
