TODAYâS TOP ALERT!
NYSE: KNW
We have been on an absolute heater with new stock ideas lately!
Recent alerts have hit 11%, 26%, and even over 200% shortly after I mentioned them to you.
I am hoping to add another big one to the âwinnerâs circleâ soon.
My âtactical ideaâ of the day is Know Labs, Inc. (KNW).
If you check out the stockâs chart, youâll see it has been testing the upper end of the current resistance levels for several days nowâŚ
Just trading back to the previous resistance @ $.33 would be over a 30% move from the current price.
On the downside, keep a close eye on the $.20 level which has acted as support several times in the last few weeks.
As Iâll explain, this company has a lot going for it, and the right announcement could send its stock soaringâŚ
This pioneering company says it is âcommitted to making a difference in the lives of millions of people around the world by developing convenient, affordable, non-invasive medical diagnostics solutions, starting with blood glucose monitoring.â
This is a trade idea that is personal to me. I think this company could truly revolutionize care for diabetes â a disease thatâs near to my heart since my mother died mainly of the disease 10 years ago.
I'm glad to support any company dedicated to saving or extending the lives of people with diabetes, but KNW has the potential to change the game truly.
As you probably know, diabetes is a chronic disease that affects nearly two billion people around the worldâŚ
It occurs when either the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces.
Itâs critical for diabetics to monitor their blood sugar so they can effectively manage their condition.
For a long time, this required âglucometersâ â devices that determined blood sugar based on small blood samples. This meant repeated, painful finger pricks that had obvious drawbacks.
In the mid-2000s, though, devices called Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) emerged, offering continuous, real-time glucose data via a sensor inserted under the skin.
These devices were a big improvement, but they:
Require an invasive microneedle
Are expensive ($2,500 - $5,000)
Have inconsistent accuracy
Must be worn continuously
Need a new sensor every 10-14 days
Have a high volume of plastic disposables
KNW is trying to solve all of these problems by developing the worldâs first FDA-cleared wearable and non-invasive CGM.
After several early iterations, in February this year, the company revealed KnowUâ˘, a device that uses a proprietary sensor to measure blood glucose without ever breaking the skin.
KnowU device.
Without getting into the weeds of the science, the device projects radio frequency into human tissue and measures voltage response as it returns back to the sensor.
KnowU takes advantage of the distinct characteristics of glucose to store certain energy â as well as proprietary machine learning algorithms â to determine blood glucose levels.
(For more on the technical details on KnowU, see this page and this video.)
Compared to old-school CGMs, the company says the device:
Doesnât need to be worn continuously (it attaches via either strap or adhesive)
Requires no disposables
Should be 3x-5x less expensive
Should last for years (it has a rechargeable battery)
Determines blood glucose from the full tissue stack instead of measuring only âinterstitial fluid as a proxy for blood glucoseâ (KNW says this is its biggest differentiator.)
Like other CGMs, KnowU allows wearers to monitor their blood glucose in real time on a companion app that the company completed with âa world class tier one app developer for major medical device companies.â
Right now, KnowU is going through clinical testing and refinement on its path to FDA submission for clearanceâŚ
Still, KNW says the device has achieved âmedical grade accuracy [as] validated by multiple peer-reviewed publications.â
In March, the KNW revealed the results of a clinical research study that found the companyâs proprietary sensor â incorporated in KnowU â had âan overall Mean Absolute Relative Difference (MARD) of 11.1%â compared to a measure of glucose in venous blood.
The co-investor and author of the study was Dr. Virend K. Somers of the Mayo Clinic.
KNW board member and former chair of the American Diabetes Association, Larry Ellingson, said, âAchieving this level of accuracy in the first study using a blood reference device is truly remarkable.â
In July, KNW announced the publication of its peer-reviewed study in the prestigious Diabetes Technology & Therapeutics JournalâŚ
The results indicated that KNWâs sensor âcorrectly classified an individualâs glycemic status as hyperglycemic, normoglycemic, or hypoglycemic with 93.37% accuracy compared to venous blood glucose.â
The company has a massive portfolio of intellectual property, including 75 granted patents, 204 pending ones, and 53 in-process.
As a result, KNW says it is âthe leading worldwide IP holder in non-invasive blood glucose monitoringâ and that it âhas created a defensible moat surrounding its technology.â
And that technology could be applied well beyond glucose monitoringâŚ
While KNW is initially focused on developing its non-invasive CGM device, it believes its proprietary technology can be used to determine many other substances in the body, including alcohol, metabolized drugs, ketones, and more.
As a result, the company has multiple âshots on goalâ...
In October, it revealed a strategic partnership âto embed the Know Labs sensor technology in automobile steering wheels.â
In preliminary tests in a lab setting, the company found its proprietary sensor could ânon-invasively determine blood alcohol levels.â
â[I]n an automobile steering wheel [this] could prohibit an impaired individual from driving.â
In May, the company announced its âSkunkworksâ Program to âfocus on identifying new applications of Know Labsâ extensive intellectual property (IP) portfolioâ and licensing them.
Last month, KNW indicated it had included a âgoing concernâ paragraph in its latest 10-K filing.
In a separate press release, the company said it âbelieves that it has enough available cash and flexibility with its operating expenses to operate through February 28, 2025â and that it expects âto raise additional funds through the issuance of equity, preferred stock and convertible debentures.â
Three days later, it issued this press release which is worth reading in its entiretyâŚ
In brief, the company pointed out â and I agree â that it has a tremendous amount going for it and that â[m]anagement feels confident in its ability to access capital and continue operations as they execute the Companyâs plans and strategic initiatives.â
Critically, the press release noted that âWe are under NDA with several major companies to develop strategic joint-venture partnerships around clinical collaboration, technology, and product development.â

Bottom line: KNW is out to change the standard of care for a disease affecting nearly 2 billion people, and its technology has been proving itself in spadesâŚ
Its stock had a 12% afternoon rally yesterday, and has flirted with another 12% in the pre-market already.
Donât lose sight of KNW â itâs a must-watch today!
To Your Success,
Jeff Bishop

*Just so you know, what you're reading is curated content for which we have received a monetary fee (detailed below) to create and distribute. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call âtypical.â
Just a quick heads up about this ad you're readingâas weâve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received twenty five thousand dollars (cash) from Legends Media for advertising Know Labs, Inc for a one day marketing program on December 12, 2024. This was paid by someone else not connected to Know Labs, Inc. It might be obvious, but whoever paid for this might own shares and is likely looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither RagingBull nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as our program ends, though that is not always the case.
Now, diving right into Know Labs, Inc might sound exciting. But remember, itâs like venturing into the wildernessâbe aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what youâre doing. Thatâs why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r.
Oh, that brings us to another crucial pointâwe're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. Weâre simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. Weâre obviously biased in our writing. Weâre not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as âforward-L00king statementsâ under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, theyâre not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly canât know where the Companyâs earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now.
